When we set out to establish our new agency, we thought long and hard about what to call ourselves. We didn’t want to be viewed as yet another “me too” agency. And we wanted a name that reflected that way of thinking. We wanted to choose a name that had meaning behind it, not just idol words, we wanted the name to be a metaphor for what the agency’s mission would become. The name we settled on is Waxing Crescent. Just like a Waxing Crescent Moon, our agency symbolizes how we view the relationship that we hope will be fostered by the partnership between our clients and ourselves. To accomplish this, words need to be backed up by action. Our Agency’s symbolic meaning is new beginnings. A Waxing Moon represents the start of a new cycle, symbolizing potential, new ideas, and growth.
